We are delighted to announce the launch of our Annual Conference, taking place on Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th September 2010 at Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham, B6 6HE. This brand new annual event promises to be both informative and engaging with a blend of formats used at the renowned user group and technology days.
The first day (28th) is open to Telephonetics VIP customers acting as a user group meeting to provide regular updates on key areas such as future product and service direction, current industry topics as well as allowing customers the opportunity to share, influence and interact in a closed forum. In the evening we will be hosting a customer dinner.
The second day (29th) is open to both our customers and prospective clients across both Public and Private sector markets. The day will give the opportunity to explore how you can achieve value for money and improve customer satisfaction levels using innovative automation, self-service and data integration technology. There will be the opportunity to network with counterparts in your field, share best practice and embrace lessons learnt.
